On the weekly news, I see that the announcement say roadmap will be provided May 10th, 2024. I am not sure where to find this. Can anyone help me?

I’m looking for the latest IC vision 2030 and beyond. The roadmap would also be helpful.
Where can I learn more about the IC culture and values, how the dfinity is enabling dev teams to provide the best value for the IC communities?
I’m new in the forum and I’m falling down the IC ecosystem rabbit hole 
.

The forum here is indeed a good place to get started with ICP. A good resource to read up on is the documentation:
- https://internetcomputer.org/how-it-works (Relatively easy-to-read introduction into the ICP tech stack, this should give you a good idea on the advanced tech stack of ICP.)
- Developer Docs | Internet Computer (Developer documentation where you can find everything you need to get started developing on ICP.)
- Motoko interactive tutorial | Internet Computer (Motoko tutorial for learning the Motoko language, an easy-to-learn smart smart contract language for ICP. There are many more good resources for Motoko available if you search aroung, e.g., the interactive playground.)
- https://internetcomputer.org/roadmap (The tech roadmap, which should give you a good idea of the longer-term vision of ICP.)
Reading on the forum should give you an impression about the friendly ICP community we have, you usually can get answers to problems quickly. Also DFINITY is very active on the forum to help with hard tech problems. The forum is also the place where often times new features start being discussed when community members have problems that cannot be solved with the current stack.
Besides its forum involvement, DFINITY has further instruments to work with the community, e.g., developer grant and community grant schemes to help fund promising projects.
