Would it be worth adjusting the policy regarding when to make a subnet public/private? Instead of being based on memory usage now, maybe it would be better to base it on an average over the last week or something? Presumably this proposal will be followed up shortly by one that makes the subnets public again (given that there’s an overarching agenda to make more subnets public at the moment).
