Timestamp failed to pass the watermark after retrying the configured 3 times

Increasing the retry limit is a pretty likely way to get past it, but I’m not against adding an option to disable watermark checking.

Could you create a GitHub issue for me, so I can reference it and you’ll get an update when the feature is done?
