@icsneed et Al are interested in carrying on your dex. How do we make this happen. You can keep the treasury of your dao if that’s what you want, we just want the dex.
There is no repository with your dex please provide it.
I don’t agree with sending the treasury to somebody who gave up on the project, next to the fact that it’s not his treasury, it’s the community’s.
Next to that was also going to refund some of it for his quarterly costs proposal, so don’t think he was implying to do this.
For the dex, the code should be open source to start with…
I would suggest just doing a proposal to their DAO to request what you want
The proposals that refund the SNS participants with the remaining ICP in the treasury are now up.
Find the proposal that matches your participation principal.
Can you at least share some insights to what led to this action?

yeah, dis true.
Obviously, the community should know.
I was thinking and your right.
CTS dao should remain in control of their funds etc, but it would be really great if sneed or some other entity could carry on the dex itself.
