The governance team has submitted a hotfix proposal to address the above issue.

Since bug prevents Swap participants from getting access to their SNS neurons, it is to be fixed as quickly as possible; thus, DFINITY voted on these proposals right away, not waiting the normal 3 days.
All 398 TACO DAO swap participants should soon get their respective 5 SNS neurons. Please let us know in this thread if you have any questions.
