Voted to adopt proposal 134491.
This proposal replaces cordoned node gtfa3 which appears in the dashboard as “Status: Active” for the stated reason “offboarding CH3 DC after 48 months”. This is consistent with the information in this post, and the CH3 data centre record and node provider record for MI Servers on the IC dashboard. As shown in the proposal, decentralisation parameters are improved with respect to country and remain within the requirements of the target topology.
However, as @ZackDS noted the replacement node, 6hqi5, currently appears on the dashboard as “Status: Offline”. It also appears as “DOWN” using the decentralization tool. If the node is indeed consistently offline then this would be a basis on which to reject this proposal.
