This proposal replaces node onv2n which appeared in the dashboard as “Status: Offline”. As shown in the proposal and verified using the DRE tool, decentralisation is improved with respect to country but remains outside the requirements of the target topology as some node providers, data centre owners and a data centre owner still have 2 nodes.
