Subnet Management - tdb26 (NNS)

I just submitted a proposal to replace an unhealthy node and optimize subnet a bit:

Since there may be questions, the DRE tool analyzed replacing anywhere from 1 to 6 nodes, and concluded that replacing 3 nodes results in identical Nakamoto Coefficient (decentralization) as the replacement of 6 nodes, so it picked to replace only 3 nodes since that’s lower risk

Also, not all business rules (target topology) could be satisfied in this replacement cycle. But we’re getting closer.
