Thanks @SvenF, I’m not sure how much value a formal procedure brings if it doesn’t need following in order for a proposal to be adopted.

I could point to numerous other examples where procedure is promised next time, but then not followed.

At some point voters need to start taking procedure seriously, and DFINITY engineers need to stop asking the community to disregard that procedure. At least, that’s my stance. I hope it’s seen as fair.
