What we can do for example is ask each NP to add a short forum post in the subnet management thread each time they request to replace the node. Let me know if you think this would work.

Thanks @SvenF, this sounds good. I’ve voted to reject in this case (given that there’s no reference to this evidence). I’m very happy that this will be included in future proposals though.
