Signature queue for key ecdsa:Secp256k1:key_1 is full

Figured it. looks like ecdsa support is indeed “20” by default in subnet configs (“max_queue_size”).

However, I cannot find any documentation that states if this is applied to a subnet as a whole or per canister call?
