Great feedback, I have 0 bad intentions actually. Also, thes slots showing insane payouts is from a bug (lesson learned, running a casino comes with risk, you can pay people out TOO much). Whoever won from the slots while it was in payout bug mode - I am paying them out. It wasn’t a lot of people. I am currently able to withdraw from my account and it is able to go to a wallet outside.
Also, all of my projects are still just beta projects.
I want to be fair here. I don’t think the 6.71 ICP used and the 50.48 ICP payout were placeholder data. The developer mentioned that he had topped up the casino with 50 ICP, and the slot stopped working once 50 ICP in wins had been reached.
I also went back and tested the coin flip again, and the payout seems to be functioning correctly. The flip wins appear higher than the losses because your wager is burned. At least, that’s my understanding without going too deeply into the mechanics.
Regarding wallet management:
There could be a treasury wallet somewhere holding 50 ICP. It’s also common to have a hot wallet and cold wallet system—perhaps with certain accounts locked down using escrow or multisig—while topping up withdrawal wallets as needed. That would be fairly standard practice for many casinos.
While I don’t have a particularly strong opinion either way, I do think you might be being a bit too hard here. There is actually some cool functionality in this project.
For example, the UX of this app is significantly better than Yusan’s, and they have an entire team of developers and will likely raise hundreds of thousands, if not millions.
When I tested Yusan there was a bunch of magical numbers not adding up, pre-filled base addresses on ICP withdraws, dust getting stuck when you liquidate your position, and it took me over 24 hours to figure out how circumvent the system to get my funds out.
Overall I think this was more impressive as a demo

I would be willing to help with some more testing if you keep improving and developing the product

Yea, the house is topped up again with 20 ICP, the jackpot takes 1% of slot rolls and adds it to the jackpot so its working but its just small and slow right now.

2 Jackpot seems to work now, at least to some extent, I have not verified if its absolutely working perfectly, and yet have not managed to win it.
3 The error messages with black jack table not available has come back. Should it not always be accessible for all uses?

It probably does not need to be, the separation of wallets can be good from a security perspective, still most would expected the treasury to be moving, the fact it does not may evoke questions from users, because as texted right now Ronin states “All funds are on-chain and publicly verifiable. Don’t trust — verify.”
when you put principal id and account id in the wallet, you should expect some people will send tokens to the principal id (not all wallets support account ids). I’ve sent tokens to the principal and dapp isn’t registering the deposit. You could just forward the tokens from the ui to the account id, which I suppose is a canister subaccount
