The proposal replaces healthy Active status node z5a4h from Florida, owned by Node Provider Giant Leaf, LLC with healthy Awaiting status node vqucp from Georgia by the same NP, without affecting decentralization of the subnet.
While one can see the two different Node Operator ID as redpf and bmlhw the motivation “To gain insights into the stability of the nodes of this node operator” can be confusing without additional details about same Node Provider different Node Operator for new ppl.
