The proposal increases the type1.1 rewardable_nodes of Node Operator db7fe from 0 to 14 in order to include 14 nodes in the zh2 DC.
After some consideration due, and to comply with previous reviews and standards set for this proposals, I do agree to await for the nodes to be redeployed under this NO before making this proposal.
