Based on great community feedback from @anonymous, @icme, and @wpb, I have updated the proposal on May 8th, 2022 at ~5:30pm (PDT) to change the fixed governance proposal rewards time period basis from weekly to daily.
I have changed all references in the proposal from weekly to daily, and have included a clarification that the proposals included in a day’s fixed governance rewards distribution much be completed (i.e. reach a status of Rejected/Executed) during that same day.
