Proposal to OpenChat: Event Sponsorship & Highlight Video

I’m Kyle Stoflet, founder of The Swop & partner at Mission Comms. I’m making a proposal for an event sponsorship & highlight video for a crypto holiday party we are hosting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Between Milwaukee & nearby Chicago, we have 12,500,000 people in the area with another 50M within driving distance.
Our team has been supportive of OpenChat since launch. Recently, our team has been building a community on OpenChat & just released a “How To Set Up OpenChat” video on X & YouTube which has been professionally filmed & edited by our award-winning film production team at our studio.
We will be hosting an event on December 18th and if this proposal is approved, OpenChat will become the main sponsor of the event & highlight video featuring members of the OpenChat community who are planning to attend. OpenChat will also receive logo placement throughout the event on roll-up banners, QR code sign up cards, OpenChat stickers, and shown as the sponsor on the event bar.
OpenChat Sponsorship Details (Upon approval of this proposal)
- Main event & highlight video sponsor (video will be professionally shot & edited by our film production team)
- Event banner placement (wall projection & on at least 2 roll-up banners)
- OpenChat QR code sign-up cards & stickers at the event
- Sponsor shown at event bar signage
- Social media shout-outs from The Swop with event promotion
- Tagged in event highlight video
- Discuss & thank OpenChat during the event for sponsoring & encouraging users to sign up
