This upgrade includes a Candid type renaming (chore: Stop using NeuronId for proposal IDs by dskloetd · Pull Request #1950 · dfinity/ic · GitHub) which fixes some fields in governance.did to be of type ProposalId instead of NeuronId. This may cause some build errors which can be fixed by using ProposalId instead of NeuronId. The types are structurally identical.
