The NNS Team will be submitting the following upgrade proposals this Friday, 2023-11-03. DFINITY plans to vote on these proposals the following Monday. Additional Notes / Breaking Changes OpenSnsTokenSwap and CreateServiceNervousSystem proposals in NNS will no longer be garbage collected, allowing for a more robust audit trail for SNS creation.
