Welcome to our Project: TMU AI DAO—tokenizing our LLC as a compliant Real-World Asset (RWA) on the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP).

Project Focus

We’re tokenizing TMU AI DAO LLC’s ownership structure to: :check_mark: Enable decentralized governance via ICP’s Service Nervous System (SNS), transitioning from traditional Web2 equity to Web3 community-driven control. :check_mark: Enhance security and transparency using ICP’s tamper-proof ledger to mitigate fraud risks in governance and asset tracking. :check_mark: Bridge Web2 operations with Web3 infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance while unlocking liquidity (see Investment Deck).

SNS Launch: Real-World Execution

Our SNS Launch Plan demonstrates this RWA tokenization live:

  • Decentralized voting rights for token holders.

  • Hybrid compliance—on-chain governance with off-chain legal alignment.

  • Fraud-resistant design leveraging ICP’s immutable records.

This post is mainly a general introduction to the TMU AI DAO project and an update on what we’ve built so far (Token, Governance, Staking, Treasury).

We’re also preparing for an SNS Launch in November 2025, so your point is very relevant. We’ll carefully review the SNS Launch Guide (section 3.2) and make sure our approach aligns with best practices.

We’re still early in the process and would really appreciate any feedback or lessons learned from others who have gone through the SNS launch process.
