I think your complete response is a bit off-topic.
nothing of this has anything to do with icp-cli. the issue you are describing here sits in the NNS application as far as I can see.
I will forward this post to the NNS team and see if they can reproduce and fix this.
btw, you can meanwhile use the icp.net domain instead of ic0.app: https://nns.icp.net

Thank you for reporting the issue and providing a detailed explanation for how to reproduce it. As marc0olo mentioned this is an nns-dapp issue. I’ll look into it.
I completely agree that this was off-topic. Initially I started to answer your questions, then the reply got longer… Once it was posted, I realized I should have created a proper nns topic instead. But since my reply got temporarily removed for review and my account silenced, I no longer had control.
