Http_request streaming callback does not stream chunks anymore

I replaced the icx-proxy binary with the latest release but now Iā€™m getting an error. Does anyone know what I did wrong?

/Users/dire.sol/.cache/dfinity/versions/0.9.3/icx-proxy: cannot execute binary file

Fixed it by changing the dfx version in my dfx.json to ā€œ0.10.0ā€ from ā€œ0.9.3ā€
