As the founder of Yuku, I want to say sorry to the team, advisors, investors and community for inconvenient due to my action. I also want to make a statement that Yuku is NOT a rug project. Yuku consists of NFT marketplace, metaverse and AI Agents and is a complex projects and requires lots of manpower to develop and manage, including frontends, backends, unity engineers, UI/UX, Art Designer, 3d Modeler, Marketing, BD and Community Managers（Many ICP ecosystem friends or projects have been visited our offices and can prove it). We are always working hard and delivered new products.
In the last year, Yuku has launched the following products among others：
Yuku Mobile App
in both App store and google play，
Ton mini App（@Yuku_ton_bot)
Multi-chain interoperability,
3D Meeting system,
3D Living system,
red envelopes functions,
many new 3D Spaces
and mini games, etc.
From this year, Yuku will focus on developing an virtual AI economy where 3D AI Agents interact with each other. Everyone can build a metaverse space and host their AI Agents. The AI Agents can be trained into your personal assistant, coding assistant etc. Yuku will deliver a new website reflecting our development on AI Agent payment, DID and social protocols.
To cover the team expenses, including salary, cycles, marketing, travelling for conferences, liquidity pair ckUSDT/YUKU, office rent, server fee etc, Yuku AI DAO approves quarterly some budget to my wallet only after the team delivering concrete results. So I personally need to pay upfront all the costs in USDT from my own wallet. As the inspector pointed out, there are funds to my wallet because at some point I need to cash out ICP to cover the fees I paid upfront. The mistake I made here is that I should have distinguished my cash out wallet from my SNS investment wallet. I am a developer with limited mindset on accounting and finance. I still have a lot to learn. This is a huge lesson for me. I hope this does not affect Yuku AI DAO, a real project that keeps developing, and I am sorry for the bad impact on the hard-working Yuku team, advisors and investors.

Recently, we have seen some discussions in the community about our SNS project. We decided to make an official response to explain the situation as clearly as possible and tell everyone about our current progress and next plans.
First of all, we would like to thank all the friends who have supported FomoWELL, especially @borovan, who invested 22,168 ICP, which is a very large amount of money and played a key role in the success of FomoWELL SNS. Our team is very grateful for your help and investment.
During the entire SNS launch process, we did ask Tiger to be a consultant and assist in the SNS process. But the entire operation was carried out in a compliant manner recognized by the community, without any black box or illegal operations.
FomoWELL is the earliest meme launch platform developed and launched on IC after seeing the rise of pump fun PVP mode. Our initial goal was to seize this opportunity and create a fair, interesting and promising MemeCoin Launchpad to help the ICP ecosystem bring more users and liquidity. At that time, the explosion of projects such as Pump Fun did give us a lot of confidence and inspiration. But the reality is that as the market heat quickly cooled down, the overall market sentiment turned cold, and user activity was far less than we expected. We admit this and are willing to accept criticism from the community.
Developing a platform is much more complicated than building a web page. Both require a lot of development and testing. Especially in a track that changes rapidly, it is necessary to constantly adjust the product form according to market feedback. In order to quickly adapt to the market, our team has completed the integration of the base chain, allowing users to freely issue meme coins on base. At present, the development has been completed, and only some joint debugging and testing work remains (https://jocular-cranachan-8c7911.netlify.app/board/base), Additionaly, we are also developing our agent based on Anda, the leading ai agent framework on icp. All of these new functions will be online in a few days.
We will also connect to BSC in the future to empower $WELL. At the same time, we have also learned a lot of experience from projects such as odin fun, such as gameplay, marketing, community cooperation, and how to perfectly combine IC characteristics. Next, we will also combine the chain characteristics of IC to try to connect to the BTC ecosystem and expand more usage scenarios.
At present, the team members are more technical, and they are indeed not strong enough in market and community operations. We also know that FomoWELL’s current performance has disappointed some participants and even caused losses. We will not avoid this point. Therefore, we make the following commitments:
- For community members participating in SNS, if you lose confidence in the direction of the project, we will provide an unconditional exit channel. We will expedite the development of verification methods and refund processes. If you need a refund, please contact the official email: fomowellcom@proton.me.
- We will not apply for any SNS Treasure transfers until the community regains trust in us. The project continues to move forward, but the funds will remain locked until the product regains recognition. The ICP community is welcome to monitor our Treasure address.
Finally, we want to say that FomoWELL is a product built from scratch on IC, with no capital endorsement, no marketing team, and only a few developers who want to make something. We are still promoting the connection between base, bsc, and btc, and we are also thinking about the actual use of WELL.
We are willing to take responsibility for past problems and welcome everyone to continue to supervise. We will continue to update the progress and hope to bring a truly useful and interesting product in the future.

The YUKU team has many R&D members, and Tiger is a passionate founder/project manager with strong connections across the ICP ecosystem.
We’ve stayed in touch—last month, Tiger organized an online tech session where I shared the Anda AI Agent framework with developers from multiple ICP projects.

Hello everyone, I’m Bing from CLP Finance.
In late 2023, I was introduced to Tiger from YUKU through a mutual friend. At the time, our team had just transitioned out of the EVM ecosystem and was exploring whether to enter the ICP space. Tiger stood out immediately as someone deeply passionate about the Internet Computer (IC). He organized several meetings with friends to walk us through IC’s technical features in depth, and his insights left a profound impression on me. His understanding of IC’s architecture and his unique perspectives on its mechanisms were truly inspiring.
As we moved forward with CLP, Tiger’s guidance was instrumental during critical junctures. Importantly, there were no strings attached or quid-pro-quo arrangements—he simply shared his knowledge freely. These exchanges gave us the confidence to fully commit to building on ICP.
Regarding the recent discussions in the community, I won’t take sides, but I do want to say that this situation feels regrettable. It’s likely the result of complex dynamics, but I firmly believe that ecosystems thrive when they have evangelists like Tiger, who dedicate themselves to spreading ideas and fostering growth.
Moving forward, CLP Finance remains fully committed to deepening our roots in the ICP ecosystem. We welcome like-minded individuals to join us in this journey of collaboration and co-creation.

@Tiger the concern raised by @4eku isn’t about the legitimacy of Yuku as a project, but rather the issue that the SNS for Fomowell and ICPEx appear to be under Yuku’s control, managed by Yuku, and the fact that they have pulled a rug on the community.
How do you prove that these SNS project were not created or operated by Yuku team with all the facts mentioned in the original post.

Expectation:
- Raise money for project
- Use money to fund project / marketing
- Develop userbase/product market fit
- Succeed/fail (both are acceptable)
Reality (the playbook)
- Raise money for project (receive matching contribution from whales (neurons fund)
- Make minimum passable thing that looks enough like a product. For example yuku app on ios which has a five star rating (1 review only).
- Use rest of money to fund next project (receive matching funding.
- Rinse, repeat
Money printer go brrrrrrrr.
This is why the NF is frozen.

Alright, mate, here’s the lot: the problem is there ain’t many founders, investors, or users in this ecosystem. So you get these weird setups where Adam’s sittin’ on 25% of every DAO, and the team’s holdin’ the rest. Node providers are all tangled up, dapps are deserted and pivotin’ every other day. It’s a pretty parched ecosystem, to be honest. Bit of a mess, innit?

I agree theres not enough capital, but that doesnt excuse projects who raised funds from diverting those funds to new ventures instead of building the thing they said they were going to build.

This is what you get when swampies are trying to extract value by pivoting new users to other ecosystems. (Toniq, Odin, ICVC, DOLR etc.)
