Sorry, I finally found the post at Suggested enhancements to the Community fund (item 1). Apparently, the ratio is already set to 1/3. Perhaps smoothly decreasing the parameters would be the best approach. Currently, projects are taking about 60% of the contributions from the NF. @bjoernek
