Yes noone really cares about those HUB-s. He seems to be upset about funding that he lacks or get way less. X is full of bots, even with 1k live viewers, there actually are only about 200 real people.
Man i get your sentiment but so much of X is fake engagement, and everyone knows that.

Probably.
Are they personally responsible for bots viewing their stream?
Impossible to prove. Anyone holding icp would have a motive to promote or improve algorithm increasing by view count on related content. Or they may have paid a marketing agency to increase engagement and the marketing agency is cheating them by using bots, we dont know.
does anyone take metrics on bot infested platforms seriously?
