# What is the latest way to authenticate with Metamask and Phantom

I have used [IC-SIWE](https://github.com/kristoferlund/ic-siwe) and [IC-SIWS](https://github.com/kristoferlund/ic-siws) in the past, but they kinda looking abandoned, last worked on last year, what have people been using lately?
