TLDR:
This proposal adds key config for Vetkeys for subnet pzp6e. This was after a successful test on subnet fuqsr on previous proposals.

As mention here on the forum post pzp6e will hold proudction ECDSA and Schnorr keys. The key will use key ID Bls12_381_G2:key_1 .
