I’ve only skimmed the post so maybe I missed something but isn’t this just regular token voting as it is typically done in the EVM world using Snapshot, i.e. you take the token balance at a particular block height (snapshot) to determine the voting power.
@dragvs and team wanted to extend the ICRC-1 index canister with this feature for this project but struggled with the setup in the IC monorepo.
