Proposal 136982 includes commit 89d4e6a21 which adds a tool to verify the CUP for key resharing recovery proposals. I mention it here since this issue has previously been discussed by @Lorimer , @andrea and possibly others.
@eichhorl The documentation here mentions that the relevant commands require “IC network access”. Does this mean it can only be accessed by a node provider, or could it be accessed by anyone wanting to verify a proposal similar to this one?
