# Ssh won't issue

Hello team the caffeine AI told me to ask this,  
My domain “www mobilebloodtest com” is using a CNAME to “ic0 app”. DNS is stable but the SSL certificate has not been issued for weeks and browsers show a mismatch (ai icpex org).

Please trigger a manual certificate refresh for this domain.  
Nameservers are side353053 dot mars, earth, venus, mercury dot orderbox‑dns dot com.  
Thank you — this delay is blocking launch of a healthcare service.

any way to gt human help?

In its current state, your domain is not correctly configured to be registered as a custom domain. Please follow the instructions here: [Using custom domains | Internet Computer](https://docs.internetcomputer.org/building-apps/frontends/custom-domains/using-custom-domains)

Once you have everything set up, try to register the custom domain. Should you still run into issues, feel free to reach out again.

Hi thanks I’ll try but I’ll probably fail. The ai has me going in circles. I appreciate the advice. I already lost my investors. I’m hoping to try and salvage something. I’m disabled and in money trouble over this; I’m not physically able to go out and get any job.
