Did anyone create a mobile app for a progressive web app?

there is a site called appMySite have you tried it?  
what is the rocmanded ways to achive such things to publish our app on app store and gogle paly store

Expo/reactnative/flutter

React based like expo is probs best. One codebase deploy to all platforms, including ICP.
