Voted to adopt both. Build hashes match, code wise they both contain the same changes reflected on separate branches since the build proposed with 132547 has canister snapshots enabled and only runs on selected subnets.
The commit changes match the description, an assert which verified an invariant that is no longer valid has been removed in handle_wasm_execution_of_cleanup_callback. Further insight has been provided here: Subnet `lhg73` is stalled - #37 by dsarlis
