This proposal removes node operator ID pgyq7, which was established in proposal 134940 by the same proposer as the current proposal, as the associated node provider Aksinia Stavskaya is transferring their nodes to another node provider. Using the ic-admin tool ( @alexu this link is broken) it can be seen that this NO ID currently has a node allowance of 28. This change is necessary in order for the new node provider to set a node allowance without exceeding the total expected node allowance for this category of nodes (Gen-1) across the network, in keeping with the parameters agreed on in proposal 132553.
