You probably will want to use a [timer](https://internetcomputer.org/docs/current/developer-docs/smart-contracts/advanced-features/periodic-tasks/). If it’s tokens that you want to transfer, then have a look at [ICRC-2](https://github.com/dfinity/ICRC-1/blob/main/standards/ICRC-2/README.md) as well
