Have you looked into [stable-trie](https://forum.dfinity.org/t/announcing-motoko-package-stable-trie/33328) by @timo?

There are [other packages](https://internetcomputer.org/docs/current/motoko/main/stable-memory/stablememory) as well, maybe Motoko-hashtable is a good fit as well?
