Temperature Check Proposal – Introduce NNS Treasury

Hi all, I would like to outline why DFINITY has voted yes on the proposal “Temperature Check Proposal – Introduce NNS Treasury.” The current form of the proposal is high-level and comparable to an exploration feature. It does not describe a directly actionable implementation proposal.
